Dr. A’Lelianne Warren is an accomplished higher education professional with over 13 years of experience dedicated to advancing equity, access, and student success. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Urban Education, and a Doctorate in Human Behavior, bringing a strong interdisciplinary foundation to her work.

Dr. Warren has served as an equity coach within the North Carolina Community College System, where she has skillfully guided institutions in navigating the complexities of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her leadership extends to her role as Director of Veterans Upward Bound, where she has led successful outreach and engagement efforts, connecting with veterans, their spouses, and dependents through a deep understanding of their unique experiences.

As the dependent of a Lieutenant Colonel Army veteran and combat veteran, Dr. Warren offers a personal perspective and a profound sense of empathy in her work with military-affiliated populations. Her connection to the military community enhances her ability to advocate for and support those she serves.
